These terms apply to the website at zenqotech.com, operated by Zenqo Technologies (FZE) (“Zenqo Tech”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. Our products, autorentify.com, autopartify.com and GarageFlow, each have terms of their own; nothing here applies to them.

What the site is

zenqotech.com describes our company, our products and the services we offer. It is information, not an offer: a project or a purchase is agreed in writing separately, and nothing on this site forms a contract by itself.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and say plainly what is live and what is still in development. Even so, the site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site, to the extent the law allows us to exclude it.

Links to other sites

The site links to our own products and may link to other sites. We are responsible for our products’ sites under their own terms, and not for anyone else’s.

The text, design, logo and illustrations on this site belong to Zenqo Tech unless stated otherwise. You may quote from the site with attribution; you may not present its content as your own or use our name or mark to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Sharjah.
