Privacy policy
What zenqotech.com collects (very little), where it is kept, and your rights.
Last updated
This policy covers the website at zenqotech.com and email sent to support@zenqotech.com. It does not cover autorentify.com, autopartify.com or GarageFlow, which have policies of their own.
Who we are
The site is operated by Zenqo Technologies (FZE) (“Zenqo Tech”, “we”), a free zone establishment registered in the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this policy go to support@zenqotech.com.
The website
zenqotech.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third parties: every file it loads, fonts included, comes from zenqotech.com itself.
When you load a page, the web server records an access log entry: your IP address, the browser’s user agent, the address requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are kept with the server’s other logs, which rotate after a short period, normally days.
The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany, on servers we operate.
If you write to support@zenqotech.com, we receive your address, the message and anything you attach, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards. Mail is received on our own mail server, also hosted by Hetzner in Germany, and backed up to Google Cloud Storage in the European Union. Replies we send go out through SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA), which processes the messages it delivers on our behalf.
We do not use your email address for marketing and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to support@zenqotech.com; we answer every request.
